DVM515 Flow Probe Digital Water Velocity Meter Hand Held Wand-
Good for checking flow velocity in open channel applications. Flow range 0.3 to 25 ft/sec The Flow Probe is a highly accurate instrument for measuring the flow velocity in a number of different situations. The protected turbo-prop sensor is coupled to a digital display which incorporates true velocity averaging for the most accurate measurements. Ballpark gpm can be calculated based on a profile of the flow velocities in a given channel, pipe or flume. Handy telescoping handle (two size ranges available) makes the Flow Probe easy to use just about anywhere. Use for manholes, streams & rivers, lakes, stormwater runoff, filter bed studies, tanks and many other applications. Reads in ft/sec to one decimal place.
